Shaker doesn't operate
Platform doesn't rotate or
has erratic speed
Shaker won't heat
Possible Causes
Check if power cord is plugged
in
Check if power supply matches
requirements on data label
E-Class, Check fuse
E-Class, check for flashing
lights on control panel
E-Class, check if elapsed timer
is flashing
A-Class, check if timer is in Off
position
A-Class, check if power switch
is functioning
Check for power to motor
Check drive belt
A-Class, check for power to
speed control
E-Class, make sure "HEAT ON"
lamp is lit
Solutions
Plug in
Locate the power supply that
matches unit requirements
Replace fuse
Press any switch on control
panel
Re-set timer
Set timer for continuous or
timed operation
Replace if defective
Replace motor if defective
Replace if worn, broken or
slipped off pulley
Replace if defective
Push "HEAT ON" button.
