    OM-CFPC Wiring Diagrams For certain models of CFPC/2, all units manufactured after January 1, 1985, have been wired for three phase power supply. The models affected are: Size 3, 208 Volt Size 3, 240 Volt Size 4, 208 Volt Size 4, 240 Volt If one of these braising pans will be used with single phase supply, it must be field converted as shown in the Phase Conversion Diagram, below.
