CONNECTIONS Follow these steps to connect the home theater system. It is recommended that you turn off power on all components (or unplug AC power) while you are connecting the system. PLACING THE SPEAKERS For best results, arrange the six speakers in your listening area as shown: Front Speakers (L, R) Set the front speakers so they are aligned at ear level and at a horizontal angle of 45 degrees to the primary listening area. -

SETUP RUNNING AUTO SETUP Connect the power cord to a standard 120VAC/60Hz electrical outlet, but DO NOT PRESS THE POWER BUTTON AT THIS TIME. Let the Auto Setup run first. The Auto Setup feature automatically searches for channels and sets the clock when a cable from an antenna or cable TV outlet is connected to the IN (FROM ANT.) jack on the back panel and the power plug is connected to an AC outlet. -
