AFTER-ASSEMBLY CHECK

1. After assembling, check the machine based on the following check list and check the safety switches.
AFTER-ASSEMBLY CHECK LIST

1. Are the front tires tightly and properly fastened?
2. Are the rear tires tightly and properly fastened?
3. Have all bolts been tightened, are there any missing parts?
Assembly
4. Are the hose clamps in their specified positions? [for HD]
5. Are the hoses out of contact with the tires?
(30 mm or more clearance needed) [for HD]
1. Engine oil amount correct?
2. Transmission fluid amount correct?
Lubrication
3. Mower gear case oil amount correct?
4. Front PTO case fluid amount correct?
1. Radiator coolant amount correct?
Cooling water
2. Recovery tank filled with correct amount of coolant?
1. All instruments (Fuel gauge and hour meter) functioning?
2. EASY CHECKER(TM) functioning?
Electrical system
3. Battery cable properly connected?
4. Charged enough (proper specific gravity)?
1. Parking brake well responsive?
2. Acceleration lever working smoothly?
3. HST system working smoothly?
4. Motion control levers neutral position ensured with levers out.
Running
5. PTO on / off operation smooth?
6. Mower up / down operation smooth?
7. Key switch functioning for smooth engine stop?
8. OPC system and PTO control system functioning?
(See "Check the OPC system and PTO control system".)
1. No oil leak and fuel leak?
2. Check inflation pressure of tires.
Others
3. Does engine start system operate correctly? (See "Check the engine start system".)
4. All accessories (operator's manual, key switch, etc.) on hand?
