2. Place the fireplace in the
desired location to see how it
will look in the room.
3. Mark the desired location on
the floor.
4. Use studs to frame an opening
of 22.3" (679 mm) wide x 21.5"
(587 mm) high x 10" (254 mm)
deep.

be run from behind the trim and
along the wall to an outlet near
the fireplace.
Option #2: A new outlet can be

1. Make sure the units Main ON/
OFF switch is switched OFF

2. Plug the unit into a 13 Amp
socket outlet. If the cord
does not reach you may use
a 3-core type extension cord
rated for a minimum of 13
Amps.
3. Ensure that firebox is securely
mounted within the mantel.
Refer to mantel assembly
instructions if firebox needs to
be installed.

4. Assemble the top of the mantel
to the rear support using the
supplied hardware.
5. Using the supplied hardware
assemble the top and rear
support assembly to the
main fireplace body (Figure 3).
