Installing the Antenna
68. Get the antenna kit. Using isopropyl alcohol on a
shop towel, clean the bottom of the antenna.
Remove the adhesive backing from the fastener,
and attach the fastener to the bottom of the
antenna.

69. Route the antenna cable through the high mount
brake light opening, and install the antenna onto
the rear tray in the area shown. Attach one
cushion tape to the edge of the high mount brake
light opening where the cable touches it.
70. Using a utility knife, cut the high mount brake light
case to make a groove for the cable using the
measurement shown. Remove any burrs from the
edges.

71. Route the antenna cable through the groove in the
high mount brake light case, and reinstall the
brake light case.

72. Route the antenna cable along the vehicle
harness, and secure it to the vehicle harness with
seven wire ties in the areas shown.
