Stand-alone connections

CAUTION
Ensure that the power supply for each stand-alone ST40
instrument is protected by a 3 A fuse or circuit breaker.
Red +ve
Uninsulated wire (screen) -ve
Power cable
Connections to a stand-alone instrument
Note:
3 A circuit breaker
A 3 A fuse can be used in place of
the circuit breaker, if preferred.
12 V dc supply
(e.g. battery)
