4 Using the "Heart Beat"
4.8 Set time and date
Press the MENU key 3 times (approx. 1 second) until the symbols for month, day,
hour and minute start to flash.
If no readings have been stored to memory, this function appears after pressing
the MENU key twice. The minutes, hours, year, month and day displays can now
be set.
Press the START/STOP key once and the minutes will flash. Pressing again will
advance the flashing digits in the minutes field by 1.
If the START/STOP key is held down, the number increases automatically.
Now press the MENU key to call up the various digits to display the hours and the
date. Use the START/STOP key to set the correct numbers.
If the MENU key is pressed once more after setting the day, or if no entry is made
for 30 seconds, the time and date are updated.
