  • Page 3 STEP 1: INSTALLING COVER SIDE RAILS NOTE: Some installs require special Top of rail flush with top instructions. Follow the special instructions of box and touching front for rail attachment along with these of box standard instructions. Position side rail with weather strip against inside lip of box and front catch towards front of box.

    TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION Top of tailgate hits cover when Rails set too low at rear of cover, raise attempting to close rails at rear of box until cover no longer interferes with tailgate operation (Refer to Step 1C) Gap between cover Rails set too high (Refer to Step 1C) and tailgate Seal on edge of cover is not sealing...
  • Page 6 CLOSING TRI-FOLD COVER IMPORTANT: To avoid any damage or misalignment of hinge points, close cover in a smooth, fluid manner. A. Unhook storage clips on both sides. B. Unfold middle panel towards tailgate. C. Unfold rear panel towards tailgate. Make sure all latches engage side rails when closing cover then close tailgate.
  • Page 7 OPENING TRI-FOLD COVER IMPORTANT: To avoid any damage or misalignment of hinge points, open cover in a smooth, fluid manner. A. Open tailgate, lightly pull synthetic cord to release latch. Fold rear panel on top of middle panel. B. Fold middle panel on top of front panel.
