Carefully tip cart/stand in order to expose screws on bottom of cart/stand. Remove four screws and washers from bottom of cart/stand to separate mounting column from base.

Install removed button head cap screws through removed washers, holes in cart/stand, column base mount bracket (E) and into outer extrusion of cart/stand.
