To transmit, push and hold PTT button.

While the PTT button is depressed you
cannot receive transmissions.

The TRANSMISSION POWER METER will be

displayed when transmitting.
During transmit, your outgoing transmission
power is measured in watts and displayed on
the power bar graph.

When you are receiving an incoming signal, the
strength of that signal will be displayed on the
SIGNAL STRENGTH METER.
Operation
Hold the radio
about 2 inches
from your mouth.
Speak in a normal
voice.
Note
Your HH50 WX ST is always
Cobra Electronics Corporation
ready to receive incoming
signals when the PTT button is HH50 WXST
released.
