7.1 Cannot play music from USB flash drive

1. Cannot play music from the connected USB flash drive.
• No music files in the USB flash drive. Ensure that there
are supported music files in the USB flash drive.
• The file system of the USB flash drive might not be
supported on this device. Please use a USB flash drive
with FAT 16/32 file system.
2. Decoding error.
The music file format might be incorrect. Ensure that the music
file format is supported.
3. DRM decoding error.
The music file might be a protected DRM (Digital Rights
Management) file. This device cannot recognize a protected
DRM file.

7.2 Bluetooth related problems

1. Pairing failed.
• The Bluetooth function might be turned off on your
Bluetooth device. Please turn Bluetooth on.
• The pairing operations might not be correct.
Please follow the instructions in this guide to pair
the devices. Or delete the paired devices on your
Bluetooth device and try again.
2. Pairing timed out.
Please complete the pairing process within the required
time.
3. Bluetooth music connection error.
The Bluetooth device might not support the A2DP/AVRCP
Profile. Ensure that the Bluetooth device support the A2DP/
AVRCP Profile.

7.3 No voice navigation in Google Maps

During mirroring, no voice navigation can be heard when using
Google Maps. To play voice navigation from the CarLink head
unit, enable the options below:
Settings > Navigation settings
• iOS: Play voice over Bluetooth, Play as Bluetooth phone call.
• Android: Play voice over Bluetooth.
