3. CarLink app
The CarLink app is specially designed for the CarLink system and can only be fully utilized when your smartphone is connected to the
CarLink. When your smartphone is not connected to the CarLink, you can still use the app to edit preferences and app shortcuts.
NOTE: For a better user experience, set CarLink as the default app for Car Dock apps. If you already have another Car
Dock app set up, tap Agree and the system will redirect you to the default apps screen, tap Clear all defaults to continue.

Navigation
You can add or change the default navigation app in this
menu.
3.2
Applications
You can add or delete app shortcuts in this menu.
NOTE:
• Entering app editing mode by taping and
holding is not available in the CarLink app.
• You can only add or delete app shortcuts in
the CarLink app. Apps cannot be launched by
the app shortcuts in the CarLink app.

About
This menu allows you to view the features, current version, and
terms and conditions.
NOTE: The CarLink app will automatically check for
updates. If a new update is available, a download
button will appear at the bottom.
