7. Troubleshooting

personnel for repair. DO NOT try other solutions except that described in this section to avoid unnecessary danger.
WARNING!
• DO NOT use the device in silent, smoke, an abnormal odor, or other abnormal conditions. This may cause fire or
electric shock.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the device yourself to avoid damage to the device.
Basic Troubleshooting
1. The device has no sound.
The mute mode might be turned on. Turn the mute mode off.
2. The device has noises.
There might be an electromagnetic device(s), such as a mobile phone, near the device. Take the electromagnetic device(s) far
away from the device.
3. Some functions are not operational.
Some operations might not run properly in a particular menu mode. Please read the instructions carefully and exit the mode. If
