Remedy
- Check the address book settings.
- Reduce number of pages for transmission
or lower resolution.
- Image data size for one page has exceeded
the user mode setting.
- Reset user mode transmission upper limit.
- Wait a while then retry.
- Reprogramme the user mode settings.

server)
- Check that the SMTP server is operating
properly.
Check cable and connectors.
- Set the IP address correctly or set DHCP,
RARP, BOOTP environments to operate
properly.
- Turn power OFF/ON.

- Programme the transmission other party's
conditions so that they can be processed by
the receiver.
