DON'Ts
• Do not attempt to disassemble or open the battery – it is a sealed unit with no serviceable parts.
• Do not crush, bend or deform, puncture or shred the battery.
• Do not drop the phone or battery. If the phone or battery is dropped, especially on a hard surface, and the user
suspects damage, take it to a service center for inspection.
• Do not leave the battery in extremely hot or cold temperatures. Otherwise, it could signifi cantly reduce the
capacity and lifetime of the battery.
• Do not modify or remanufacture, attempt to insert foreign objects into the battery, immerse or expose to
water or other liquids, expose to fi re, explosion or other hazard.
• Do not accidentally short-circuit the battery by carrying it in your pocket or purse with other metallic objects
such as coins, clips and pens. This may critically damage the battery.
• Do not short-circuit a battery or allow metallic conductive objects to contact battery terminals.
• Do not dispose of the battery by placing into a fi re.
