While pushing the child restraint
system into the rear seat, allow
the shoulder belt to retract until
the child restraint system is
securely in place.
After the shoulder
retracted to a point where there is
no slack in the belt, pull the belt to
check that it cannot be extended.
Latch the attaching clip of the
upper anchorage strap onto the
anchor fitting.

Make sure the seat belt is tightly
secured, and that there is no
slack in the belt.
If the child restraint system does
not touch the head restraint,
reinstall the head restraint.

Secure the head restraint at the
highest locked position.
