The sampling control board has
an abnormal voltage, which
may be caused by the
following:
The internal power chip of
the sampling control board
is faulty.
The detection circuit
becomes faulty.
Major
Cause ID = 1/2/3
The AFCI self-check fails.
Major
Cause ID = 1/2/3
PV cables are in poor contact
or short-circuited, causing
electric arcs.
Minor
Cause ID = 1/2/3
During SUN2000 software
upgrade, the version of the
software loaded is incorrect.
Major
Cause ID = 1
Upgrade is not properly
completed.
Minor
Cause ID = 1
The flash space is
insufficient.
The flash drive has bad
blocks or is faulty.

Measures
1. When the alarm is generated, the
SUN2000 shuts down
automatically. When the fault is
rectified, the SUN2000 starts
automatically.
2. If the alarm persists, contact
Huawei technical support.
1. Turn off the AC output switch
and DC input switch, and then
turn them on after 5 minutes. If
the fault persists, contact Huawei
technical support.
2. Disable AFCI on the SUN2000
app, SmartLogger, or NMS if you
are sure not to use it.
Check whether the string cables are
in an open circuit or in poor contact.
Check whether you have performed
a software upgrade recently. If yes,
upgrade the software to the correct
version again.
Upgrade again.
1. Replace the monitoring board.
2. If the monitoring device is
equipped with a monitoring
board, replace the monitoring
device.
