Using Desktop Services

• Navigation tree (left side): Lists hypertext links to various
Service pages. When you left-click an item in the navigation tree, the
related page opens in the content frame of your web browser.
Note: In situations where the OTM Server manages telephones on
different systems, the navigation tree expands to include the systems
as the main nodes. You can then select

• Content frame: Contains the page based on your selection in the
Navigation tree. The three types of pages are:
— My Profile

A line is placed at the bottom of each content page to visually indicate the

page is scrolled.

My Profile page

The My Profile page contains general information about you. The system
retrieves this information from the OTM Directory.
• Click Home in the banner, or
return to this page.
The information that is shown is fixed and cannot be changed. If there is
no information for a field, it is left blank.
