Failure to assemble the pole sections correctly may result in severe personal injury or property damage as described on Page Two. ONCE THE POLE SECTIONS HAVE BEEN SEATED, THEY CANNOT BE SEPARATED. Note: Tapers and flares are exaggerated in the illustrations.

    Before Beginning Assembly A. Identify and inventory all parts using the checklist boxes on the Parts List. Keep the hardware bags and their contents separate. If any parts are missing, call our Customer Service Department. B. Test fit all Bolts by inserting them into their respective holes. If necessary, carefully scrape away any excess powder coating buildup from inside the holes.

  • Page 8 /” Wrench 0000 Pull the plastic off the Top Pole while it is still inside the Middle Pole. You may need to loosen the poles before pulling the plastic out. Make sure the crimped side of the Top Pole faces the same direction as the Warning Sticker. Pull the Top Pole through the Middle Pole far enough to clear the...
  • Page 9 0000 Be sure to use the Zinc Nut (CD). You may need to push the Nut (CD) into place with a 5/16” Bolt. Position the Top Pole (TP) at its lowest height setting.
  • Page 10 0000 **Make sure Steps 1 through 4 are complete before starting this Step.** The Top Pole cannot be inserted after the Middle and Bottom Poles are joined. Align the slot in the Bottom Pole with the hole in the Middle Pole and slide the Middle Pole over the Bottom Pole.

If a leak develops, water could run out unnoticed, allowing the unit to fall over and resulting in serious personal injury and/or death or property damage.
  • Page 15 FILLING WITH SAND: (319 LBS (144 KG) OF SAND REqUIRED) Insert one of the 1 1/4” Base Plugs (BA) into the lower hole in the Base (Fig.1). Using a funnel, add sand through the hole in the top of the Base until the sand is just below the top hole (Fig.
