PureFresh technology
This appliance features PureFresh technology which is designed
to circulate and neutralise the air within the fridge section of the
appliance. Unwanted odours and bacteria are removed, thus
maintaining as fresh an air level as possible.
To switch the PureFresh mode on
•
Ensure the control panel is unlocked, as per the bottom of page 11.
•
Press the 'Function' key as many times as required until the
PureFresh indicator is flashing.
•
Press the
indicator should remain solidly lit.
To switch the PureFresh mode off
•
Ensure the control panel is unlocked, as per the bottom of page 11.
•
Press the 'Function' key as many times as required until the
PureFresh indicator is flashing.
•
Press the
indicator should extinguish.
Please note: PureFresh will reactivate when the doors are opened.
Defrosting the fridge
The fridge is cooled by convection using cold air forced through
channels at the rear of the fridge. No defrosting is required. If you
notice ice on the back wall of the fridge then this could be due to a
number of factors including food items touching the back wall or an
ingress of warm air caused by a faulty door seal.
