Touch Menu > Settings > Applications > Development.

Touch USB debugging to allow the debug mode when the USB
cable is connected.

Read and touch OK on the USB debugging information page.
MAINTAINING THE STAYING CONDITION

Touch Menu > Settings > Applications > Development.

Touch Stay awake to keep the ADR910L awake while it is being
charged.
ALLOWING MOCK LOCATIONS

Touch Menu > Settings > Applications > Development.

Touch Allow mock locations if you want to pretend to be in
another location for development purposes.

MANAGING BACKGROUND DATA

Touch Menu > Settings > Accounts & sync.

Touch Background data if you want to sync, send and receive
data any time.
