Information for Users on Collection and Disposal of Old Equipment and used
Batteries
These symbols on the products, packaging, and/or accompanying documents mean that used electrical and
electronic products and batteries should not be mixed with general household waste.
For proper treatment, recovery and recycling of old products and used batteries, please take them to ap-
plicable collection points, in accordance with your national legislation and the Directives 2002/96/EC and
2006/66/EC.
By disposing of these products and batteries correctly, you will help to save valuable resources and prevent
any potential negative effects on human health and the environment which could otherwise arise from inap-
propriate waste handling.
For more information about collection and recycling of old products and batteries, please contact your local
municipality, your waste disposal service or the point of sale where you purchased the items.
Penalties may be applicable for incorrect disposal of this waste, in accordance with national legislation.

If you wish to discard electrical and electronic equipment, please contact your dealer or supplier for further
information.

Note for the battery symbol (bottom two symbol examples):
This symbol might be used in combination with a chemical symbol. In this case it complies with the require-
ment set by the Directive for the chemical involved.
When using Port Replicator or Car Mounter on which an external antenna can
be installed:
External antenna for wireless LAN must be professionally installed.
The gain of external antenna for wireless LAN must not exceed 5dBi.
The user must maintain minimum of 20 cm spacing between the external antenna and all people (excluding
extremities of hands, wrist and feet) during wireless modes of operation.
For Garage Use
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your garage equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions.
Care must be taken as burns can occur from touching hot parts.
Do not operate equipment with a damaged cord or if the equipment has been dropped or damaged - until it has
been examined by a quali ed serviceman.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table, bench, or counter or come in contact with hot manifolds or moving fan
blades.
If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with a current rating equal to more than that of the equipment should be
used. Cords rated for less current than the equipment may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so
that it will not be tripped over or pulled.
Always unplug equipment from electrical outlet when not in use. Never use the cord to pull the plug from the outlet.
Grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
Let equipment cool completely before pulling away. Loop cord loosely around equipment when storing.
To reduce the risk of  re, do not operate equipment in the vicinity of open containers of  ammable liquids (gasoline).
Adequate ventilation should be provided when working on operating internal combustion engines.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use on wet surfaces or expose to rain.
Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
