Normal Playback
Glitch
Moving RAND knob will change the
character from stutters and repeats
to small slices. Adjust SPEED and
PITCH to add random shifts.
Tap Tempo Reverse
Using NXT mode gives you more
control over the timing of reverse
playback. Tap HOLD twice to set the
length of each reversed slice.

Sample Settings

Tape Reverse
Use an expression pedal to morph
from forward (heel down) to reverse
(toe down). Set SPEED to 12:00 for
tape stop effect.
Tape Flanger
Carefully adjust SPEED knob until
you hear the whoosh sound. Hold
the ON footswitch to let the wet and
dry sounds slip and release to snap
back.
Random Accompaniment
Use HOLD footswitch to set tempo.
The last segment will be rearranged,
creating different variations. Adjust
PITCH as needed.
Rewind
The Tensor listens in bypass. Hold
down the ON footswitch to instantly
rewind what you just played.
Voice Doubling
PITCH shift up slightly, then use
SPEED to bring pitch down until it
is slightly detuned. TIME stretch
slightly to separate voices. RAND at
8:30 will add occasional instability.
Stutter
Quickly tap HOLD footswitch to grab
short pieces of sound. Adjust DIR,
PITCH, and RAND to create variation.
