I n t e r n a l P h o n e B o o k E n t r y O p t i o n s
When you display an Internal Phone Book list, highlight your desired entry and press
MENU/OK, then select the box under your desired label category and press Options
(left softkey).
Call to dial the phone number. (If you are roaming and have the Call Guard feature

activated, you are required to take an extra step to proceed. See "Controlling
Roaming Charges Using Call Guard" on pages 13-14.)
C a l l A l a r m to set the call alarm to the entry.
l
S e t S p e e d D i a l to set the speed dial to the entry.
l
S e t V o i c e D i a l to set the voice dial to the entry.
l
P r e p e n d to alter a phone number by adding additional numbers.
l
E r a s e to erase the selected number.
l
To erase the whole entry under the name, highlight the entry in the Phone Book list
and press Options (right softkey) then highlight Erase Entry and press MENU/OK.
S e n d E m a i l to send the email. (Only E m a i l category)

V i s i t S i t e to visit the Web site. (Only W e b category)

To add a phone number or address to an entry:
1 . From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2 . Highlight P h o n e B o o k , and press MENU/OK.
3 . Highlight F i n d N a m e , and press MENU/OK.
Press right of the Navigation key for the shortcut (steps 1 through 3).

4. Highlight the entry you wish to add phone numbers/email/web addresses, and press
MENU/OK.
5 . Select the box under your desired label category by scrolling, and press MENU/OK.
6 . Enter the number or address, and press MENU/OK.
7 . Press Save (left softkey).
If you enter the already stored number or address, you will be prompted to select Yes or
N o to store again at step 6 above.
N o t e : Data or Fax can only be dialed through a personal computer.
