Do you have a question about the ORIGIN 20 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
I have an Origin 50C and I want to plug an 8Ohm external cabinet into the back. When I do that, it appears that the amplifier disables the 16 ohm output that the onboard speaker is plugged into. Is this safe, or do I have to unplug the internal speaker before using the 8Ohm external speaker?
No, it is not safe. When using an 8 Ohm external cabinet, you must connect it to socket #3 and disconnect the internal speaker. The manual specifies correct speaker connections and emphasizes switching off the amplifier before connecting or disconnecting speaker loads.
