    Low Pile Carpet Indoor/Outdoor Carpet Carpet Height Adjustment Tip: When using the Prestige Pro powerhead, start on the “Auto” setting. If pushing the powerhead feels difficult, then adjust to a higher setting. If the powerhead feels easy to push, you may want to lower the powerhead for more effective cleaning.

    Release Attachments Button If the Prestige Pro powerhead is attached to the wand, turn the system OFF before removing the hose handle from the wand. To disconnect the hose from the wand: 1. Press the black handle release button, then pull on the hose handle to disconnect from the wand.

    WARNING: Always unplug vacuum hose and wand before servicing and maintaining the Prestige Pro powerhead. Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury if unit suddenly starts. Always follow all safety precautions specified when caring for your Prestige Pro.
