Frequently Asked Questions

Q:
There are often detection interruptions present, program errors, even computer
crashes
A:
Please change the current USB port on your laptop. The ports certified as USB 3.0
can cause these problems. Please use only USB 2.0 ports.
Q:
There are detection interruptions and unspecified errors emerge
A:
Please use a different USB cable, with shorter length, certified and shielded.
Q:
The driver installation interrupts with an error
A:
Please run the driver pack as administrator, i.e. by right-clicking on the file and
choosing "Run as Administrator". In case of any problem with privileges, please
contact your local network administrator.
Q:
It is not possible to connect to a Tablet, or, the detection process is unstable, often
resulting in errors
A:
This problem may be caused by insufficient USB power of the Tablet. Please, charge
the Recognoil's internal battery to its maximum level, as well as the battery of the
Tablet prior to using the device.
