Press the auxiliary catch lever to the

left and lift the hood.
Take out the supporting rod.

Insert the supporting rod into the slot

positioned on the side of the engine
compartment.
Be sure that the supporting rod is fully
inserted into the slot.
Insert the supporting rod into the slot

on the hood.
