Caller ID "Incomplete Data" message

The unit displays this message if it detects anything other than valid
Caller ID information after a ringing signal.

Are you subscribed to Verizon's Caller ID service?
Hearing Aid Noise
Please note that the T1960 works by sending radio signals between the
base and handset. These signals may interfere with some hearing aids,
causing a humming noise.
