C7. IF-Loop: En/Dis
IF Loopback test mainly conducts tests for condition of local IDU. When IF loopback test has been performed,
the transmission between stations is interrupted. There are 3 methods to verify the conditions:
(a)To verify thru external E1 tester
(b)To verify thru real-time BER display in LCD panel. When it displays 0.00E-7, the system is working well.
(c)To verify thru internal PRBS function.
Perform IF Loopback at the IF interface for the convenience of testing the IDU's stability. Press OK. Use the
Right/Left button for selecting either En/Dis (En: Enable/Dis: Disable). Press OK button again to execute the
function. This can be used along with E1 transmission tester.
