If low power RF devices interference endangers the functioning of a radio
navigation service or of other safety maintenance services or seriously
degrades,
obstructs,
or
repeatedly
interrupts
a
legitimate
radio
communication service, it is required to terminate the operation and take
steps to improve so as to eliminate future interference.
Low power RF devices MUST tolerate all legitimate ISM band
interferences.
