The C936i Display

The C936i is designed so users can work out with minimal instruction or training.
The directions on the console and the prompts on the display will guide a user
through the entire workout session. Before the treadmill is used, however, we
recommend that you, as club owner or manager, familiarize yourself with it so you
can instruct your customers to use it safely and effectively.
This section covers the following information:

FEATURES ON THE DISPLAY CONSOLE

As a user works out, indicator lights appear next to the feature being displayed.
When a user begins a program, the display initially presents TIME and PROFILE.
The user can change what features appear by pressing the SELECT keys. Refer to
Changing the Display Features Using the SELECT Key on page 35.

SELECT keys
Customize the display
by highlighting an LED
indicator in each column.
Make your selections by pressing the
appropriate SELECT key. A lit LED indicates
which feature is being displayed.
During a workout, the display console provides motivation by presenting constant
feedback about a user's progress. A brief explanation of each feature on the
display console appears in Diagram 20. Look on the next pages for a more
thorough explanation.
Note: If an error message appears, call a Precor qualified service technician or
service center. Refer to Obtaining Service on page 7.
