I just changed the drive belts and now it only goes in one direction when in the pool. How can I fix?

If your Aquabot XTREME only goes in one direction after changing the drive belts, it may be due to incorrect reassembly. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Inspect the drive belts to ensure they are correctly installed: one belt should go from the drive pulley to the front wheel tube, and the other from the drive pulley to the rear wheel tube.

2. Verify that the drive belts, drive pulley, stepped sleeve rollers, small rollers, and bushings are correctly positioned as they were before disassembly.

3. Check if the belts are properly tensioned and not loose, stretched, or flat-spotted.

4. Confirm that the side plates and screws are securely installed and that the wheel tube retaining rings are correctly placed.

Improper installation of these parts can affect the cleaner’s movement and cause it to go in only one direction.
