Instructions for Warranty Coverage
After confi rming that all components were received, fi ll out the warranty card located in Appendix IX of this
manual. Be sure to include any serial numbers. Then, fax it back to Orion at
1-902-798-8188.
The warranty goes into effect upon receipt of the completed Warranty Card. If the Warranty Card has not been
received, the product is not under warranty.
2.2
Missing or Damaged Equipment
If there are missing or damaged components in either the software or hardware kits, please notify Orion
immediately at 1800-665-4648. Ask for the Export Coordinator at ext 321. Be prepared to provide the
coordinator with the following information:
• Your name, agency, address and phone number.
• The name of the carrier from which the equipment was received. Also, the name of the
individual who signed for the equipment.
• Was the box damaged?
• A list of the missing or damaged equipment including a full description of any damage
