Extreme frequency boosts in connection with a high input signal level may lead to overdriving your • equipment. Should this occur, it is necessary to reduce the input signal level by using the INPUT control.

(1) STOP: Stops the CD. (2) OPEN/CLOSE: Press it to open and close the disc holder. (3) LCD DISPLAY: Shows time (minutes, seconds, frame), and pitch information. (4) SGL/CTN: Switches between Single or Continuous play modes. (5) CUE INDICATOR: Red LED lights when cd player is in CUE Mode (6) CUE -Used to recall and preview the cue point.
(24) AUDIO OUT L / R: This stereo line output connects to the line input on any DJ mixer. (25) DIGITAL OUTPUT: This coaxial (S/P DIF) digital output connects to any RCA S/P DIF input, as found on most standard computer sound cards, CD burners or any other recording device with a digital input. (26) FADER START: Connects to any DJ mixer equipped with a fader start input.
Installation TL-500 Installation Remove all packing materials from the CD Player. Check that all foam and plastic padding is removed.. Always disconnect from electric mains power supply before cleaning or servicing. Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
5. STOPPING PLAYBACK There are three ways to stop playback: 1). Press the PLAY/PAUSE button during playback to pause at that point. 2). Press the CUE button during playback to return to the cue point and enter pause condition. (Back Cue) 3).
12. PITCH BENDING The speed increases or decreases respectively while the PITCH BEND+ or PITCH BEND- button is pressed. The extent, to which the speed changes, is proportionate to the amount of time the button is pressed. For example, if the PITCH BEND+ button is pressed continuously, the speed increases continuously.
Before switching off the power When you have finished using the CD player, before switching off the power, be sure that the disc holder has been closed with the OPEN/CLOSE button. CAUTION: Do not forcibly close the disc holder when the power is off. Do not switch off the power, when the disc holder is open.
Maintenance DAP Audio-CD-Player TL-500 requires almost no maintenance. However, you should keep the unit clean. Disconnect the mains power supply, and then wipe the cover with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in liquid. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
