A. FUSE - Protects the amplifier from electrical faults.Use fuses ONLY of the type/rating specified on
the fuse holder.
B. POWER – 3 position switch: Off – Standby - On. Use standby during short breaks instead of power
turning off to eliminate the warm-up delay upon returning to play. To extend tube life span, use
standby for the first 30 seconds that power is switched on. C. POWER SCALE 12 = Full Power (No
Power Scale effect)
C. POWER SCALE – At 12 the amp has full power i.e. stock amp, there is zero Power Scale effect.
D. POWER INDICATOR - Illuminates when the amplifier is on and receiving power. Unscrew the
jewelled cover to access the bulb (type T47) for replacement.
E. PRESENCE - Adjusts the ultra-high frequency tone after all other tone controls in the signal path,
adding a special high–end "sparkle" to your sound.
F. BASS - Adjusts the low-frequency tone. An interesting mid–cut tone is produced when this control
is turned to "12." Tip: At higher VOLUME settings, lower the BASS setting to reduce speaker "flap."
G. TREBLE - Adjusts the high-frequency tone.
H. MASTER VOLUME – controls the signal level from the pre-amp to the power amp. 12 = Stock
Volume, MV has no effect.
I. VOLUME BRIGHT - Adjusts the loudness of the Bright channel input.
J. VOLUME NORMAL - Adjusts the loudness of the Normal channel inputs.
K. BRIGHT INPUT - Plug in connections for your guitar. Full sensitivity. The Bright channel provides
more treble response than the Normal channel.
L. NORMAL INPUTS - Plug in connections for your guitar. Use input 1 (full sensitivity) with most
guitars. Use input 2 (–6dB) with high-output/pre-amplified instruments or for a darker tone.
M. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SWITCH - ON = Stock. OFF = opens up the amp for a different tone.
