iPod Operation

Playing iPod

Connect an iPod to the USB port by using the
iPod cable and playback starts automatically.

To play iPod while a diff erent source is playing,
press [MEDIA] > [Media ] > [iPod].

Pause

You can pause the playing fi le. For details, refer
to the "Pause" on the page 23.

Skip

You can play the previous or next fi le. For
details, refer to the "Skip" on the page 23.
Search
You can search for the fi le currently playing
quickly. For details, refer to the "Search" on the
page 23.

Seek

You can play the fi le directly by searching for
the desired fi le. For details, refer to the "Seek"
on the page 23.

List

You can play the desired fi le by searching for
fi le list included in iPod.
1. Press [List].
2. Press the desired fi le after searching for
[Playlist], [Artist], [Song], or [More].

Setting audiobook playback speed

Setting the playback speed only aff ects audio
books purchased from the iTunes store or
audible.com.
For details about iPod, refer to the iPod User
Guide.
1. Press [Option] > [Audiobook].
2. Select the desired item.
• [Slow]: plays the audiobook with slow
speed.
• [Normal]: Plays the audiobook with
original speed.
• [Fast]: Plays the audiobook with fast
speed.
