To listen to answering machine messages, on the handset
Messages play on the handset speakerphone, but you
can turn off the speaker if you prefer to listen discretely.
1. Play only new or play all messages
and memos:

memos: Press beneath Play on
the screen.
Note: Play appears on the screen
only if there are unheard messages
or memos.
To play all messages and memos:
a. Press beneath Menu on the
screen.
b. Press to
Machine.
c. Press and select Play
Message.
