Create directory entries

Create a new directory entry
1. Press MENU/
SELECT
your telephone base in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or
CID DIR
/SELECT on your handset or
MENU
telephone base.
3. Press or
CID DIR
4. Press /SELECT on your handset or
MENU
your telephone base.
5. Use the dialing keys to enter a telephone number (up to 30
digits) when prompted.
• Press or
CID
or right.
• Press /DELETE on your handset or X/DELETE on
MUTE
your telephone base to erase a digit.
• Press and hold
MUTE
telephone base to erase all digits.
• Press and hold
REDIAL
(a p appears).
-OR-
Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL/
then or
PAUSE CID
repeatedly to locate the number. Press
your handset or
MENU
copy the number.
6. Press /SELECT on your handset or
MENU
your telephone base to move on to the name.
The display shows Number already saved if the number
is already in the directory. You cannot save the same
number twice.

to highlight >Add contact.
