Taking a Photo

You can take photos and record video clips with the built-in 1
Megapixel camera. The camera lens is on the front of the
device. The camera produces photos in JPEG format and video
clips in H.263 (SubQCIF) format (128 x 96). The image
resolution in these materials may appear different.
When using the features in this device, please follow local
laws and respect privacy rights and additional rights of other
people.
My Content can also be browsed from the Camera
application. In this case My Content works "normally" (as
when My Content is entered from the main menu), but with
limited functionality.
After you take a picture or video, you can save it as wallpaper,
save it to a compatible PC using Nokia PC Suite software, or
upload it to a Web address with the content image uploader.
When you attach a picture to an entry in your list of contacts,
the picture is displayed when the contact calls you.

In standby mode, press Camera to activate the camera.

Select Capture to take the photo. When taking a photo,
a shutter sound is heard, the photo displays on the
screen, and either a blinking icon or scrolling indicator
displays as the photo is saved to the Images folder of
Gallery.

Select Back to take another photo, or Options and
choose from one of the following:
Video—Change from still image to video.

To change the camera mode from Still image to
Video, or Video to Still image, choose Options and
select the mode you want.
