Finding Contact Entries

There are several ways to display your Contact entries: by
name, by 1-touch number, by group, and by voice dial tags.
Follow the steps outlined in the sections below to display
entries from the Contacts menu.
Finding Names
To find Contact entries by name:
1.
Press right selection key.
2.
Scroll through all the entries using your navigation keys.

To search for a specific listing, press right selection key
and press selection key.
3.
Enter the first 1 or 2 letters of a name, or part of a name.
(The more letters you enter, the more your search
narrows.)
4.
To display an entry, highlight it and press selection key.
5.
To dial the entry's default phone number, press
selection key.
Finding 1-touch Numbers
To find phone numbers you have stored in 1-touch dialing
locations:
1.
Press Menu > Contacts.
2.
Select 1-touch Dialing.
3.
Scroll through 1-touch entries using your navigation
key. 1-touch numbers are displayed in numeric order.

Enter the number of a 1-touch location using your
keypad.
