Once the computer is configured, you can clone its hard drive and then, install the hard drive image on other Mac mini i5 computers for a M3 system, in order to save time for future installations. Refer to Cloning Disks user guide for more information.

We recommend the following wirings to connect a Scanmar hydrophone to a Marport system. Scanmar hydrophones can be used with Marport receivers. They will show a lower current (5.5mA instead of 8-9mA). You need to connect the junction box to the third hydrophone connector (H3) on the receiver.
We recommend the following wirings to connect Simrad PI hydrophone to a Marport system. On Scala, Simrad PI hydrophone can be added to the receiver as an active Marport hydrophone (NC-1-02/04). It is recommended to put capacitors of 1.5 μF/ 63V on the +12V and -12V cables to reduce noise.
