This error occurs when the temperature data is not sent although the remote controller sensor is specified.

Cause
Power to the transmission booster is cut off.
Power resetting of the transmission booster
and heat source unit.
Wiring failure between OC and OS
Broken wire between OC and OS.
The model selection switch (SW5-7) on the
heat source unit is set to OFF. (Normally set to
ON)
Cause
The remote controller without the temperature
sensor (the wireless remote controller or the
ME compact remote controller (mounted
type)) is used and the remote controller sen-
sor for the indoor unit is specified. (SW1-1 is
ON.)
Check method and remedy
1) Confirm that the power to the transmission
booster is not cut off by the booster being
connected to the switch on the indoor unit.
(The unit will not function properly unless the
transmission booster is turned on.)
->Reset the power to the heat source unit.
2) Confirm that the TB3 on the OC and OS are
properly connected.
3) Check the model selection switch on the
heat source unit (Dipswitch SW5-7 on the
control board.).
Check method and remedy
Replace the remote controller with the one
with built-in temperature sensor.
