7.5.6 Formulas
The "Formulas" field is used to define various
monitoring
commands
The following parameters are defined under Settings:
• Description:
Used to enter the name of the criterion.
• Status:
Used to enable or disable a criterion
(inactive/ active)
• Time:
Sets different intervals for an analysis, or allows
analyses on a daily basis.
• Alarm target (contact):
This field is used to enter the contact to be notified
in the event of an alarm.
• Type of message:
Defines the type of message (email/fax).
• Delay:
Indicates the wait time, i.e. how many intervals/days
are allowed for an alarm status until an alarm
message is triggered.
• Number of triggered alarms:
Shows the number of registered alarms.
• Reset Counter:
Enables you to reset the counter of occurred
alarms back to zero.

7.5.7 Status Alarms

This dialog is used to evaluate the analog and digital
outputs and send alarm messages sccordingly.
The following parameters are defined under Settings:
Status:
The parameter can be set to "inactive" or "active"
Description:
Use this field to enter the parameter name.
Alarm contact:
Defines the person to be notified in the event of an
alarm.
Type of message:
Defines the type of message, e.g. by "email" or "fax"
Delay:
Indicates the wait time, i.e. how many seconds the
status alarm is active until a message is returned.
Re-activation of alarm after reset:
Indicates the time interval after which the alarm is
re-activated (if the measuring for this time interval
Number of triggered alarms:
Indicates the number of registered alarm.
The following functions are differentiated under
Formula Settings:
Analog:
If a defined limit value is exceeded, the message will
be sent to the contact defined under Settings (e.g.
Measur. Channel 1 >= limit of 8.0 V).

Status:
The message is sent if, for example, Status Channel
1 no longer corresponds to the error level defined as
"low" or "high".
Pulse meter:
If a defined limit value is exceeded, the message will
be sent to a contact defined under Settings (e.g.
Meter 1 <= limit of 1.0 kW).
Formula settings are defined in the reverse Polish
notation. An example of this setting is given in Section 8
"Configuration example."

7.6 Admin Measurement

7.6.1 Analog channels

• Status:
Used to enable/disable a channel (inactive / active).
Depending on the status, the measured values are
logged in the data files.
• Description of channel/measured value:
Defines the name of the channel. This description is
used for the online display of measured values.
• Abbreviation:
Defines the channel abbreviation to be used in the
data files. This abbreviation should be selected from
a predefined list (see Section 9: List of abbreviations)
to
facilitate
synchronization
database.
• Unit:
Defines the unit of measured values . This description
is used in the online display of measured values.
• Gradient:
The gradient is used to convert the measured input
voltage to physical values.
• Offset:
Indicates the offset value as a physical value.
