HFQLEVL (Holdover and Freerun Quality Level)

This keyword defines the quality assumed for the Clock card in SSM mode. This
value places SSM bits onto the output stream when in holdover. The keyword
format is:
HFQLEVL=<value>

CONTINUE
The shelf generates outputs when in freerun mode.
SQUELCH
The shelf does NOT generate outputs when in
freerun mode.
This feature is available in firmware versions 4142B and later.
The default FREEACT setting for a clock in a master shelf is
CONTINUE. With a master shelf, output is normally possible in
freerun.
The default FREEACT setting for a clock in a remote shelf is
SQUELCH. With a remote shelf, output is normally NOT possible
in freerun.
For output to be possible in freerun mode, FREEACT value must
be CONTINUE and the selected output port must be enabled and
in service (see
INSRVC (In
