Insights
Once you have been using your Nokia Steel HR™ for a few days, the Health Mate® app will
provide you with Insights. This feature looks
at your activity and lets you know when you are more active than usual. Whenever you are
less active than usual, the Insights encourage you to keep going so that you can reach
your health goal.
It is not possible to disable the Insights.
