8.2 Storing telephone number and
email address in the address
book
The unit contains an address book (300 items).
Note:
R If you want to use an email address for direct SMTP
of Internet fax, set the direct SMTP setting to "ON"
(feature #425 on page 77).

Press MtN repeatedly to display "ADDRESS BOOK
SET".

Press MFN or MEN repeatedly to select "NEW". A

Enter the name, up to 16 characters (see page 53 for

If necessary, enter the telephone number, up to 32
digits. A MOKN
R A hyphen or a space entered in a telephone
number counts as 2 digits.

If necessary, enter the email address, up to 63 digits.

R To program other items, press MEN, and then
repeat steps 3 to 5.

the email address for Internet fax, press MCN or MDN
