  • Page 2 Thank you for purchasing the MixPre-3. This Quick Start Guide provides the initial steps nec- Sound Devices strongly encourages you to register your product.     1. Insert SD Card Here are a some record time estimates for a 16 GB SD card. The MixPre-3 records audio to SD, SDHC or SDXC cards. The SD card slot is located on the back panel behind the battery sled.
