6.0: SERVICING THE REAR SUSPENSION (eS-140 only)

6.1 Chain-stay removal & refit.
Tools required:
Torx T25 Keys (2 off, 1 fitted to a 5Nm to 25Nm Torque Wrench)
To remove the chain-stays from the frame, using the Torx T25 keys, undo & remove both
of the M8 screws that secure the chain-stay pivot to the frame. The chain-stays may now
be removed, take care to retain the shield washers that sit between the bearings & the
frame.
To install the chain-stays, reverse the above procedure. The M8 screws must be tightened
to 16.1 Nm (Min) - 19.9 Nm (Max), 11.9 lbf/ft (Min) - 14.7 lbf/ft (Max).
